When you submit a quote request on our website or through a Google Ads lead form, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, phone number, email address, company name (optional), the type of equipment you need, desired rental dates and duration, delivery preference, job site address, and ZIP code.

Automatically collected data:

When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, device type, browser type, and referral source. This data is collected through tools including Google Analytics, the Google Ads conversion tag, and the Meta Pixel.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote requests and rental inquiries
• Contact you by phone, text, and/or email about your inquiry, equipment availability, and pricing
• Fulfill and manage your equipment rental
• Send relevant follow-up communications related to your rental or inquiry

When you submit a form on our website or through a Google Ads lead form, you should expect to be contacted by our team by phone, text, and/or email regarding your inquiry.

Text Messaging (SMS)

When you provide your phone number in a quote request or account signup, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry or rental — such as quote follow-ups, delivery and pickup coordination, and rental status updates.

• No sharing of mobile numbers: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, shared with, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used only by Arizona Commercial Equipment to communicate with you about your inquiry or rental.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and rental activity — typically a few messages per rental or quote request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Third Parties and Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services, which may receive or process data related to your visit or form submission:

• Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics): We use Google Ads to advertise our services and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Data submitted through Google Ads lead forms passes through Google's systems before being delivered to us. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising): We use the Meta Pixel to measure conversions from our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Meta's privacy policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Ever.

We share information with service providers as needed to operate our rentals, accounting, payments, communications, and website, or as required by law.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including pixels) for analytics and advertising measurement. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize your browser and remember certain preferences.

QuickBooks and Payment Information

Authorized ACE staff may connect our internal CRM to our business’s QuickBooks Online account. We use Intuit data only to manage customer records, billing addresses, bookings, invoices, payment status, and authorized payments. We do not request Intuit user profiles or use QuickBooks data for advertising or sell it to unrelated businesses.

The CRM retains accounting references and limited masked card information, including last-four digits. In the intended card-entry flow, full card numbers and security codes are sent from the browser directly to Intuit rather than to our CRM server. Intuit processes this information under its own privacy policy. Tokenization does not remove our responsibility to protect customer information.

Authorized staff can disconnect QuickBooks in CRM Integrations. Disconnect removes the saved authorization tokens and attempts to revoke Intuit access; if revocation cannot be confirmed, staff must also remove the connection in QuickBooks Connected Apps. Disconnect does not delete existing invoices, payments, rental records, or legally required business records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to our legal and accounting obligations.

Data Retention

Staff payment actions use a built-in arithmetic security challenge. Verification is performed by our server, without sending challenge answers or card-field values to Google. This basic check supplements staff authentication and payment safeguards.

We retain inquiry and rental records for as long as needed to serve you as a customer and to meet our business and legal obligations. If you would like your information removed from our records, please contact us at the address below.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct any inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information. To make any of these requests, email us at service@arizonacommercialequipment.com with your request and we will respond promptly.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy
